PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PLAN

Welcome to our new & improved management service programme. As most of you do not use your property all year round it is impossible for you to keep on top of any problems and bills that may occur during your lengthy absences. With this in mind we have arranged our package to help take those added stresses away and enable you to arrive at your property ready to enjoy your holiday.

Our new price for this service will be just £ 130 / 200 € for one year.

The services you will receive are as follows:-

Holding property keys in the office for inspection purposes and for your own use.

Payment of monthly utility bills to include electric, water and yearly bills of house insurance, contents insurance, earthquake insurance, council tax and maintenance fees from your Turkish bank account where an annual minimum float of £1000 is to be available.

Monthly inspection checks of the property to include checking roof, windows and doors for leaks, blocked drains on terrace/balcony which could lead to water build up causing internal property damage.

After each visit a property report will be made, a copy being e-mailed direct to you, detailing checks carried out, problems etc.

Damage of any kind found will be notifed to yourselves immediately with an estimated cost for completion and, when agreed in writing by you, will be carried out under our supervision.

Cleaning

Before arrival your property will be :-

completely cleaned and beds made up £ 50 / 75 €

cleaned and bed linen washed and ironed £ 60 / 90 €

New properties build completion cleaning £ 70 / 100 €

At the time of contract completion you will be given a list of contact numbers should any problems arise during your stay. Hopefully most problems can be sorted out this way but if the problem is such that it would need us to visit the property then a charge would be made for this. During office hours of 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. this will be £ 10 / 15 € after this period i.e.during the hours of 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. an emergency charge of £ 20 / 30 € will apply.

Changing the locks £ 15 / 25 €

Includes 1 new lock and 3 keys

Initial gas bottle installation £ 25 / 40 €

Includes bottle, clasps, piping and installation

Initial water bottle and pump £ 5 / 10 €

Includes 19 lt water bottle and manual pump

Transfers to your property

Izmir - Kusadasi return up to 4 people £ 50 / 75 €

We can arrange other maintenance and repairs to your property, ie, painting, by obtaining quotes and providing you with the best. We will include a £ 50 fee to the quotation for us to oversee the work.

Please note, this is a complete package and the extras are not available seperately. For security purposes, if this package is not purchased, we will return your keys to you on your next arrival to Turkey.
