To start managing a property we prepare a full list of inventory of the property which will be subject to any rental or insurance issue. (The inventory updates will be done on regular security and inventory checks.) If rental contract is also signed, we will make your guests familiar with all appliances, locks, alarms, etc.
Kusadasi Home Service will only take responsibility for the property or any of it's contents when we are sole key holders. Clients have to declare Kusadasi Home Service as the official key holder by a signing a contract to purchase our Management Package.
Should the owner arrange for any maintenance or repair work directly with the contracters and wish us to provide keys, then we must have written authorisation to do so. Then we are unable to take responsibility for its contents.
It is the owner’s responsibility to make sure that the property and it’s contents are properly insured. If your insurance policy is taken out via our agency, any case of damage subject to insurance policy will be followed by us as a part of our management package.
The clients are responsible to provide us with a valid e-mail address and an emergency contact number at all times day or night.
