Airing the property, tidy everthing, empty and remove all rubbish including perishable food, dust furniture shelving and clean all stains, remove and collect dirty linen and towels, clean and disinfect bathrooms and wall tiles, sweep and wash floors, clean spot marks, clean kitchen cupboards inside and out, defrost fridge freezer, clean kitchen, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, toasters, kettles, wall tiles, clean windows inside and out where practical, clean all ceiling fans, sweep and wash terraces.

After Construction Cleaning

Consists of; remove and tend to any marks left by builder, clean wardrobes inside and out, sweep,wash and disinfect floors, dust shelving, clean kitchen cupboards inside and out, clean and disinfect bathrooms, sweep and wash terraces.

Upholstery,Rug and Carpet Cleaning

A comprehensive and professional deep cleaninig services for upholstery, rugs, carpets, mattresses and fabric head boards. Prices will be quoted after our visual check.

Please note:

We will need a minimum of two days notice for all cleaning service. In addition to this we can provide a Laundry service if required.

The customer should ensure there are adequate cleaning supplies available in the property or we can purchase them on your behalf and the cost will be added to the final invoice. (We will leave an invoice for payment of this service at the property for yourself or your guest to settle during your visit.)
